The Xavier Newswire is an independent newspaper published weekly during the academic year by the students of Xavier University. Without a formal Journalism program, the staff of the Newswire is made up of a diverse group of students who manage all aspects of the newspaper's production. The newspaper serves the Xavier community, and it functions as a voice for the students and a forum for opinion.
