- February 8, 2006 - Feeling ‘Lost’? Theories abound The mythology of the TV show "Lost" is as complex as that of other shows of a similar nature, such as "The X-Files," "Twin Peaks," or "Star Trek." This complexity, and the unresolved questions it spawns, have led to rampant speculation and theorizing among fans. That is to say, there are some crackpot theories out there. "Lost" begins as a show about a group of people who are seemingly deserted on an island. Nearly everything is a mystery from the beginning. Plot lines have developed, but the core questions still remain: concerning the nature of the island, the origins of the "security system" and the "Others," and the meaning of the numbers. Each of these points prompts intense discussion among regular viewers. Getting outside on sled, ski, or snowshoe Though January was unseasonably warm, February is now here, and with it, Old Man Winter. But don’t use the cold weather as an excuse to stay in your room with the door shut and the windows locked. Ohio has plenty to offer for playing outside in the middle of winter, getting some exercise, and boosting serotonin levels in the sunshine, making you one happy snow bunny.
