Companion program

New-employee orientation program seeks volunteers

The office of human resources is looking for current employees who are interested in becoming a companion to a new employee. Each companion will be assigned a new hire and will help that person connect with Xavier by providing a campus tour, arranging occasional meetings and serving as a resource to answer general questions as needed.

If you have been employed at Xavier at least six months and are interested in becoming a new-employee companion, please contact Gail Mahon at ext. 3632.
