Labor rights leaders address Bangladesh working conditions

The
ethics, religion and society program,
peace and justice program, and
womens and minorities studies program are hosting representatives from the National Labor Committee and People of Faith Network today at 2:30 p.m. in Logan Hall, Room 100.
Labor rights leaders and workers Lisa Rahman and Muhamuda Akter from the Bangladesh Workers Solidarity Center lead the discussion on current Bangladesh working conditions.
The event offers students, faculty and administrators the opportunity to listen and ask questions concerning these two women and the conditions theyve worked under in Bangladesh factories.
