Jesuit from Loyola University speaks on campus
Social justice lectures commemorate the assassinations in El Salvador

In observance of the anniversary of the 1989 assassination of six Jesuits and two women in El Salvador, the University is hosting two talks by Edward B. Arroyo, S.J., on Thursday, Nov. 14. Arroyo edits the monthly publication "Blueprint for Social Justice" at Loyola University in New Orleans and is involved in justice ministry at Loyolas Twomey Center for Peace Through Justice.
Arroyos first lecture is at 2:30 p.m. in the Gallagher Student Center theater. He is talking about "Human Work and Social Justice on the Jesuit Campus." He speaks again at 7:00 p.m. in the Cintas Center on the topic "Catholic Social Teaching: Key to Jesuit and Catholic Identity."
