Williams College of Business with Women of Excellence are proud to present Karen Wells, Vice President of Strategy and Menu for McDonald's Corporation as the featured speaker on March 25 for the PNC Bank sponsored Distinguished Speaker Series.  

Karen Wells is vice president of strategy and menu for McDonalds USA, LLC. In this role, she is responsible for developing and communicating fully integrated, cross-functional plans to drive long-term growth against the core McDonald’s U.S. business. In leading the Menu Strategy Team, Wells oversees a talented and innovative team to develop and help shape the McDonald’s menu for the more than 26 million U.S. customers we serve every day. As a member of the McDonald’s U.S. Leadership Team, she also focuses on expanding strategic partnerships and alliances across all facets of the McDonald’s U.S. business both internally, with franchisees, and with suppliers. Wells holds a BSA in marketing from Xavier University and a MBA from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Registration at 7:30 am with program beginning at 8:00 am.
