| Description: | This workshop will provide attendees with a basic introduction to Cisco WebEx. WebEx is an integrated voice, video, and Web conferencing solution that is deployed over Xavier's internal networks. With WebEx, you can set up and attend meetings from a variety of different interfaces, including your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Workshop attendees will learn how to schedule meetings, change details for an existing meeting, record a meeting, and use the available WebEx features during a meeting. Instructor: Lynn Beirl |
