Xavier University Adds Three to Division

Xavier University’s Division of University Relations announces the addition of three new staff, effective July 1.

Matt Tripepi will return to Xavier as Director for Alumni Engagement. A 1997 and 2004 alumnus of Xavier, he was Xavier’s Assistant Director for Alumni Chapters from 2000 to 2005 and Manager for e-Marketing and Philanthropy from 2005 to 2007. He has spent the last three years with EA Sports in San Francisco and Vancouver as online marketing manager.

Sally Alspaugh will be a Planned Gifts Officer, with a special focus on family philanthropy. She has 30 years in financial advising and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy and a Chartered Life Underwriter. She was president of the Clarus Group for fifteen years.

Jack Kelley will be a Major Gifts Officer. He has 25 years in fundraising and was a major gift officer for Culver Academy, independent college preparatory boarding schools based in Indiana. A practicing attorney, he also was a vice president at National City Bank in Cleveland.
