The Xavier University Department of Art is pleased to present an exhibition of student work February 26-March 19. Work from all studio disciplines will be exhibited-ceramics, drawing, fibers, graphic design, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.
Ceramic sculptures created utilizing many techniques will be presented. Drawings and paintings include a variety of media. Fiber techniques include batik, coiling, silk paper, and mixed media. A variety of printmaking processes will be presented. Sculpture includes various materials and processes, relief and sculpture in the round.
Please join us for the artists’ reception, Friday, March 19, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Xavier University Art Gallery in the Cohen Center. Meet our student artists and enjoy refreshments as you enjoy our art!
