On Friday, February 19, 2011, Xavier held it’s 3rd annual World Quest competition. World Quest is an international affairs and current event trivia game. Competitors are tested on their knowledge of world leaders, geography, recent history, international organizations, regions, the world economy, culture, and religion among others.  The competition also includes one mystery question and culminates in identifying the flag, capital and currency of various countries. Teams compete by answering rounds of questions and the one with the highest number of correct answers is the winner. For a third year in a row, Biology Department instructor Neema Nourian was one of the organizers for this year’s competition. Congratulations to the Biology Department team which finished 1st out of 32 university wide teams for its second World Quest title.
