Professor Ann Marie Tracey, co-director of the Cintas Institute for Business Ethics and professor of business law, has had an article published in the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. The article, co-authored by Shelley McGill, is entitled Building A New Bridge Over Troubled Waters: Lessons Learned from Canadian and U.S. Arbitration of Human Rights and Discrimination Employment Claims.
