Portal Inaccessible Earlier; Working Now
At approximately 7:45 p.m. on Monday, June 25th, Xavier began experiencing issues with the portal (MyXU). Users were receiving an “error 503 - too many connections” message and were unable to log in to the system. the database server was restarted and connectivity was re-established. IR is currently working to determine the root cause of this issue. The portal is accessible now.
