P&G is seeking to attract, recruit, retain & develop top diverse talent for their Company. P&G’s boasts of an inclusive culture that provides a competitive advantage by mirroring their over 5 billion consumers. Over the past five years, they have doubled the number of women & US minorities at the vice-president/general manager level & they continue to improve by focusing efforts on specific Diversity recruiting events.
Sophomores and juniors are encouraged to register for the Virtual Career Fair being held on January 14, 2009. The student may be of ANY major, and can connect from any place that has internet explorer. P&G is seeking diverse students who value leadership, integrity, ownership, trust, and have a passion for winning.
