At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, November 18, 2010, an off-campus student was car-jacked at gunpoint in front of 3801 Winding Way across from Elet Hall.  The student was sitting in her car preparing to drive to a study session, when a subject, described as a thin-built male in his 20s, wearing a black hoody and black jeans, opened her car door, brandished a silver colored pistol and ordered her out of her car.

Another subject, described as a male also thin-built and in his 20s and also wearing a black hoody, was also involved, but did not display a weapon.

The suspects were last seen heading west-bound on Dana Avenue toward Reading Road in the student's vehicle.  Xavier University Police responded to the incident. The student was not injured.

Cincinnati Police set-up a quadrant center and put out an "all county broadcast" on the suspects and the stolen vehicle. At this time the vehicle has not been recovered.
