We are pleased to announce a new course in Educational Administration "Personal Educational Leadership Development" (EDAD540). It is the perfect course for potential educational leaders to:
- See their place in Educational Administration
- Receive a personal leadership assessment profile and personalized coaching
- Establish personal benchmarks for leadership development and growth
- Develop an individualized leadership coaching plan
The class will utilize lecture, discussion, small group interaction, exercises, self-assessment instruments, and personalized action plans.
Personal Educational Leadership Development will be offered this spring semester, which begins on January 12, 2009, on Thursdays from 4:15PM - 6:45PM on Xavier University's main campus.
