NCAA Grant Winners

Cultivating Career Exploration for Undergraduate Women

NCAA grant winners

Kim Powers Hoyt from the Department of Athletics, Bethany Kilgore from the Career Services Center and Jennifer Wies from the Women's Center were awarded $2,000 from the NCAA as a result of a collaborative grant proposal. Their project, "Cultivating Career Exploration for Undergraduate Women," seeks to attract student-athletes to resources designed to aid in career development, including the Xavier University mentoring program.
