Dr. Rhonda Norman and Dr. Bill O'Connell were invited to provide the keynote address to the Michigan Association of Counselor Educators and Supervisors (MACES) on May 22, 2009 at Spring Arbor University near Jackson, Michigan. Drs. Norman and O'Connell also conducted afternoon break out sessions for attendees to obtain in depth knowledge of methods of intervention that promote cross cultural competence in supervision.
