Teri Compton has joined the Office of Human Resources in the role of Human Resources Business Partner. Teri brings a wealth of experience to this position with expertise in both organizational and operational areas of HR. Her background includes staffing/recruiting, mentoring and coaching managers and employees; initiation, design and implementation of training resources; benefits administration; mediation and labor relations; and implementation and integration of organizational initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning and talent management to name a few. Teri’s most recent role was that of Manager of Learning and Development at Dayton Power and Light where she successfully established training and development programs and provided career guidance for many of DPL’s employees.
