Department's team wins WorldQuest

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science's "The Radicals" are the 2014 WorldQuest Champions!

The competition took place on February 13, 2014 at Cintas Center. There were 26 teams of eight faculty/staff/students participating at the event.  The event, put on by International Student and Scholar Services, is an international affairs and current event trivia game. It consists of five rounds (people and places, culture and society, current events, sports and leisure, and flags) and a mystery question. Competitors are tested on their knowledge of world leaders, geography, recent history, international organizations, regions, the world economy, culture, and religion among others.  Each team competes by answering rounds of questions and the one scoring highest number of correct answers is the winner.
