Cincinnati Bell has chosen the Xavier Leadership Center as its training partner for a comprehensive series of leadership development and management training programs to be offered at Cincinnati Bell. The Cincinnati Bell Academy @ Xavier University reflects Cincinnati Bell’s continued commitment to organizational development and employee training.
“By expanding our existing Management Essentials curriculum to include a full range of programs in leadership development, sales leadership, project management, communication and business essentials, we are better preparing our managers for success both in their current positions and in future leadership positions within the organization,” said Terry Vallano, Human Resources Director for Organization Effectiveness, Training & Development for Cincinnati Bell. “Xavier Leadership Center was very flexible and collaborative in their approach and developed a customized curriculum to fit our business needs.”
Bruce Miller, managing partner for the Xavier Leadership Center, worked closely with Vallano to build the Cincinnati Bell Academy @ Xavier program. The Xavier Leadership Center provides transformational learning experiences for individuals, teams and organizations primarily through “facilitated learning,” which challenges participants to actively implement the concepts taught under the guidance of a team of Xavier professors and experienced business professionals.
