CINCINNATI, Feb. 11 - Xavier University has named Bruce Miller as the new Director of the Xavier Leadership Center.
Xavier Leadership Center (XLC) is an integral part of Xavier’s nationally ranked Williams College of Business. XLC develops leadership competencies required by new and emerging leaders and guides them as they navigate their way through unique business and organizational challenges. Dr. Brian Till, Dean of the Williams College of Business, adds, “Bruce has a wealth of professional experience in designing and delivering impactful executive education programs. XLC will be an increasingly important way in which the Williams College of Business serves the business community.”
Before joining Xavier University in 2008, Miller held leadership positions with both highly specialized and global professional development and management consulting companies, including one of the world’s top professional services firms. Miller started his career with nearly a decade of business experience with General Electric and received his MBA from Xavier University.
