ARTISTS’ RECEPTION: Friday, February 25, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
GALLERY HOURS: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
The Xavier University Department of Art is pleased to present an exhibition of student work February 25-March 18. Work from all studio disciplines will be exhibited-ceramics, drawing, fibers, graphic design, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.
Ceramic sculptures created utilizing many techniques will be presented. Drawings and paintings include a variety of media. Fiber techniques include batik, dyed silk, weaving, tapestry, art-to-wear and mixed media. A variety of printmaking processes will be presented. Sculpture includes various materials and processes, relief and sculpture in the round.
Please join us for the artists’ reception, Friday, February 25, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Xavier University Art Gallery in the A. B. Cohen Center. Meet our student artists and enjoy refreshments as you enjoy the art!
