5 MBAs Selected to be Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellows in 14-15
The Cintas Institute for Business Ethics at Xavier has selected five MBA students for the 2014-15 Cintas Graduate Ethics Fellows (CGEF) program.
The students are:
The students took part in a rigorous application process for the unique Cintas Ethics Fellows program which will was established to help students enhance their exposure to Leadership, Ethics, Governance and Sustainability. Through the generous support of the Farmer Family Foundation, Richard Farmer and Bob Kohlhepp, the CGEF offers students to dive deeper into the mores and governance that define modern business - all the while maintaining, meeting, and exceeding all compliance requirements.
Each student will be paired with a faculty member who are part of the Cintas Faculty Ethics Fellowship program, a yearly initiative in which faculty enhance their interaction, connection, and understanding of Leadership, Ethics, Governance, and Sustainability. Together the faculty-student pair will work on research, attend ethics/leadership focused events, and produce an ethics-related "museum quality" project representative of all that was learned during the year-long fellowship.
The Cintas Institute for Business Ethics at Xavier is co-director by Professors Paul Fiorelli and Ann Marie Tracey. Please visit http://www.xavier.edu/williams/centers/business-ethics/index.cfm for more details and information.
