Off Campus Harassment
At approximately 1040 pm five students were walking back to campus after a Xavier sponsored event on Montgomery Road. At that time a vehicle, described as a late model Chevrolet Impala, red or maroon in color, slowed down, tossed a jug of water at the students and yelled a racial epithet and sped away.
