Lynn Roberts Sings the Tommy Dorsey Songbook with Bill Gemmer's Band

Lynn captivated our Gallagher audience in her recent appearance. She returns to perform some of the outstanding arrangements of her old boss Tommy Dorsey. She spent several years with Dorsey, Harry James, Benny Goodman and Doc Severensen for good reasons. This lady is an outstanding performer.

Eddie Erickson Sings Carmichael/Mercer Tunes

Eddie is known within the national jazz festival world as a very good guitarist and a sometime singer and more recently as a clever comic. He will sing some 40's standards backed by The Royal Palm Orchestra led by Bill Gemmer. This will be fun, relaxed jazz with a comic twist.

Conversation in Jazz - Rossano Sportiello, Pianist, Harry Allen, Tenor Sax

Two swing music giants engage in a musical conversation. Rossano Sportiello has within a few short years earned the highest rating of jazz piano at festivals around the world. Think Dick Hyman and Oscar Peterson. Harry Allen has put together a tenor sax style with the taste and feel of the best performers of that instrument. Two excellent musicians will entertain the Gallagher audience with ballads and swing songs.

Phil and his outstanding Brazilian band will combine his Cincinnati jazz sounds with the seductive rhythms of Brazil. Columbus vocalist Kelly Delarvis will add some Portugese vocals to the mix to provide an interesting and exciting swing experience. Very talented musicians playing some rhythms of universal appeal.

John Von Ohlen leads this talented group by driving them with his remarkable drum work. The gifted Ms. Tanner retains the freshness of approach that has pleased her many Cincinnati fans. Her style fits the BWBB like a glove. The band's swinging performance guarantees another sell-out.

Bob Adams and the Buffalo Ridge Jazz Band

Good time Dixieland returns to Gallagher played by one of the Midwest's finest groups. This performance features Adams' vocals on some of the great old saloon songs of the 30's and 40's. So wear your toe tapping shoes because this group will move you. This is a fun group.

Banu Gibson Sings Bessie, Billie and Other Classics

Banu returns to Gallagher for her third appearance. There is a reason for this. She is one of the finest performers of our swing era music. In her two previous shows she brought down the house with her great singing and all around stage presence. This lady can sell a song.
