Music Scholarships
The McAuley Music Scholarship - One full-tuition scholarship is awarded at the Annual Music Scholarship Competition in the spring to an outstanding music applicant to Xavier based upon musical talent and achievement.
Music Grants - The department of music offers music grants in varying amounts up to $5,000 to students who intend to major in music. Auditions may be scheduled throughout the year by contacting the department of music. All music scholarships and grants are renewable each year for four years.
Performing Arts Grants - These $2,000 grants are annually awarded on a competitive basis to qualified students participating in instrumental or vocal ensembles, regardless of their major course of study. See below for more information.

- Once your completed materials have been received, the Music Department will contact you with further information.
- 2008 Audition Dates: Saturday, January 26; Saturday, February 2; Saturday, February 23
- Prospective students must apply using the Xavier University Early Action Application by
December 1, 2007 in order to be considered for a scholarship or grant.
