Room Request Form

Requests should be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance. Requests submitted without adequate notice are subject to dismissal.

The Xavier University Department of Music & Theatre is housed in Edgecliff Hall. Certain rooms are available to student groups, as well as groups and individuals outside of Xavier who require rehearsal/performance space. In order to make a reservation, this form must be filled out and submitted no later than 48 hours in advance. Requests without adequate notice are subject to immediate dismissal.

Please note that if your event requires the use of a piano, a fee will be assessed. Other fees may be applied dependent on usage of the room space. Reservations for outside groups and individuals are very limited and will be charged on a per-event basis. Please review our Fee Schedule for specific details.

Once your form has been received, the department will contact you to confirm the reservation. A request does not guarantee the use of the space, especially during academic semesters in the Fall and Spring.

Individuals or groups requiring keys to gain access to a room must fill out a key request form. A security deposit of $100 is required when checking out a key. Your deposit will be refunded upon returning the key following your event.
