The Xavier University Department of Music & Theatre is housed in Edgecliff Hall. Certain rooms are available to student groups as well as groups and individuals outside of Xavier who require rehearsal/performance space. In order to make a reservation, this form must be filled out and submitted.
Please note that if your event requires the use of a piano, a per semester fee will be assessed depending on which piano is requested. Reservations for outside groups and individuals are very limited and will be charged on a per-event basis. Please see our Fee Schedule for specific details.
Once your form has been received, the department will contact you to confirm the reservation. A request does not guarantee the use of the space, especially during academic semesters in the Fall and Spring.
Individuals or groups requiring keys to gain access to a room must fill out a key request form. A security deposit of $100 is required when checking out a key. Your deposit will be refunded upon returning the key following your event.
