Diversity at Xavier
Xavier is inspired by its Jesuit, Catholic tradition to encourage all faiths and cultures to flourish on campus. The result is higher graduation and retention rates for students of color compared to other colleges, and a growing multicultural enrollment of 16 percent. These students bring with them different world views and cultural experiences that enrich student life, academically and socially.
