A six week professional development series co-sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs with Career Services Center, Uncensored is a professional development series dedicated to workplace success strategies for students of various backgrounds (LGBT, international, multicultural, students of color, women, etc.).

Our Purpose

To enhance Xavier’s reputation for producing multicultural students who are confident, competent, credible--fully committed to excellence. The series features accomplished professionals who have achieved success in different fields, practical preparation for engagement with graduate schools and hiring managers, and planning for the transition from college to the next level. The Macy's Story of Diversity

  • When: March 7, 4-5:30 pm
  • Where: Smith Hall, G29

Cultural Competencies for a Global Workplace 

  • When: February 18, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Where: Cintas Center's Schiff Family Conference Center
  • Attire: Business Casual

This session will allow participants to learn what being cultural competent means as well as how they can prepare themselves to engage with the global workplace. RSVP information coming soon!
