Managing your demographics in the workplace can be complicated, understanding what to disclose about your diverse personhood can protect you from discrimination and influence your work environment in a myriad of ways. Diana Jordan-Grizzard, M.Ed., Chief Operating Officer with Beech Acres Parenting Center, will provide critical information from the Human Resources point of view and our esteemed panelists will share how they manage their invisible and visible diversity in the workplace.
