The Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Career Services Center will host the sixth annual Diversity Reception
on Thursday, February 9, 2012. The reception will took place from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
The reception is a networking event connecting students from diverse backgrounds and students who have an interest in working for diversity-friendly organizations with employers who embrace and support diversity throughout their organization and the community. All XU students and alumni are invited to attend the Diversity Reception. Pre-registration for the Diversity Reception is not required, however encouraged. Career and Academic Resources
Periodically, the Office of Multicultural Affairs is contacted by businesses and non-profit organizations about scholarship, internship and job opportunities for students of color and those that are underrepresented. We do not solicit these requests; we simply make information available for students who are willing to open the door to new possibilities.
