Black Greek Council

In the Spring of '04, the Office of Multicultural Affairs launched the Black Greek Council. Although Xavier is a non-Greek campus, the presence of historically black Greek-letter organizations was granted in 1991. Currently the following organizations exist: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  The president is Jimmy Stringer.
