French Club Features Composer/Author

Event offers ipod door prize

Rick Sowash, composer and author, will appear on Thursday, March 1 at 7:00 in the Worldviews Lounge on the 10th floor of Schott Hall. There will be wine and refreshments as well as an Ipod shuffle door prize! Rick's presentation will include accounts of his adventures, humorous incidents, fascinating French origins of familiar American words, and will touch on high moments in French history and arts. Rick will also talk about his volunteer work in La Sabranenque, an organization dedicated to the preservation of historic ruins in southern France. Sponsoreed by French Club.
