Opportunity complaints and how does the soldier know these
procedures?
Individuals are encouraged to use command channels
for redress of grievances. Commanders will establish complaint
procedures and assure that each member is fully aware of procedures
for obtaining redress of complaints, including those against
members of the chain of command. The procedures will be in
writing and displayed prominently on a permanent basis where
all unit members will have open access to them (on unit bulletin
board).
