Preceptor of the Year

Students, faculty, staff and alumni gathered at the Marriott RiverCenter on October 13 to honor Joyce Huber as the 2011 Preceptor of the Year. Huber, who earned her marketing degree from Xavier University, is the Manager of Health Services at General Electric Aviation. She has served as preceptor to several MHSA residents and is currently an Executive-in-Residence for the program.

Her current residents can agree that Huber has earned her title as Preceptor of the Year. “If I have any questions or concerns that come up, Joyce is always willing to set aside time in her schedule to meet with me,” says GE resident Sarah Saneii. “I believe Joyce wholeheartedly deserves the Preceptor of the Year award for the coaching she provides to the residents and interns at GE, and for the dedication and support she provides to the Xavier MHSA program as an Executive-in-Residence.”
