Application Process

Note: This process applies to domestic applicants only. International applicants, please visit our International Admission page.


Complete an online application.



Send the following documents to Xavier:

  • Current resume or CV, uploaded to your online application
  • Official GMAT scores, sent directly from the testing service 
  • ALL undergraduate/graduate transcripts, sent directly from the University **
  • Recommendations, requested and submitted through the application system (not required for Main Campus or West Chester applicants)


Check your application status page for updates to your application and to see your decision letter. Your application will be considered once all materials have been received. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of submitting your final item, please feel free to contact us.






**Transcripts must be official, as well as final. A final transcript is one on which the degree has been confirmed and noted. If you are requesting your transcript before you have officially graduated, please ask that your transcript be held until the degree has been noted.


About the GMAT and GRE

The GMAT is our preferred exam, but we will accept the GRE for MBA admission if you have already taken it or plan to take it for admission into another program. Applicants to the Master of Science in Accountancy must submit GMAT scores. We offer GMAT review sessions at least twice per semester.
