• The Mailing Services Center lobby is accessible to mailbox holders until 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday by swiping your ALL Card to enter.
• The Mailing Services Center is a full service U.S. Postal Contract Station.  We offer a full range of mailing and packaging services.
• We are one of the main pick-up and drop-off locations for Federal Express and UPS packages.
• All Students living in the Xavier University Campus dormitories are assigned a mail box located in the Mailing Services Center.
• Student's are sent email notifications for any incoming packages that will not fit in their regular mail box.

International Mail Change, Effective May 21, 2012

All International Packages being presented to a  USPS Contract Station (i.e. Xavier Mailing Services) will no longer be able to be shipped using a handwritten Customs Form and Stamps.  These packages must be presented to a US Postal Service location for acceptance. The announcement from the USPS can be reviewed here.

However packages may be presented to a USPS Contract Station by completing an online Customs Form, please visit one of the following websites.

Please note that this is over the counter packages only.  Packages being charged to a department within the University are still acceptable.
