Q. What services does the Mailing Services Department offer?

A. The Mailing Services Department is a contract US Postal Station.  We offer all of the normal USPS functions including standard mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.  We offer a variety of stamps available for purchase, as well as printed metering for on-campus departments.  We are a pickup and drop off point for all student packages.

Q. What time of day does UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, FedEx Home, and DHL deliver packages to the Xavier Mail Center?

A.  All major package carriers deliver once per day.  UPS, FedEx Home and FedEx Express delivers between the hours of 10:00am and 11:00am. FedEx Ground delivers between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

Q. Does the Mail Center sell Money Orders?

A. Yes. Depending on the amount requested there is a fee ranging from $1.20 - $1.60 associated. The maximum amount a money order can be issued for is $1000.00.

Q. Where can I obtain a U.S. passport?

A. At the post office in Roselawn located just a few miles away from campus at the corner of Seymour Ave. and Reading Rd.

Q. What forms of tender may be used within the Mail Center?

A. We currently accept Cash, Check, and Xcash. (Note: Credit/Debit is accepted by placing money to your current X Cash account. Please see the X Cash depoiting pages for more details.)
