If necessary, follow the remote authentication instructions on your screen.

You are viewing PsycINFO, 1967-present, a psychology database.

You need to find information about inaccurate memories of past experiences.

Note that the Thesaurus has been selected under the word Search:

Type memories in the Search for textbox.

Click the Submit Search button.

The database will take you to the thesaurus term, memories; early. Under this term, click View Thesaurus.

The thesaurus term, early memories, does not capture the concept you are trying to research.

However, the related terms, false memory and repressed memory, are appropriate.

Click the checkboxes next to these two terms.

Click the Combine Terms button.

The database will return a list of documents.

From a thesaurus term that is not relevant, you may discover related terms that are appropriate for your research.
