This form may be used for requesting traditional reserves in the library. Please submit one form per course. For Xavier-owned items, complete the form and then click the Send It! button. For personal items, complete the form, print it, and bring it and the items to the Connection Center (3rd floor, Learning Commons). Three-Hour Closed: Items must be used in the library. Recommended for items in high demand, of unusual value, and all personal copies of items. This is the default type.

Three-Hour Open: Items may be taken out of library and returned three hours later. Recommended for items in high demand that must be used on non-library equipment.

One-Day: Items may be taken out of the library and returned one day later. Recommended for items not in high demand.

Three-Day: Items may be taken out of the library and returned three days later. Recommended for longer works not in high demand.

Seven-Day: Items may be taken out of the library and returned seven days later. Recommended for extensive reading assignments and for classes meeting only once a week.
