Use this feature to print, email, or save selected records from XPLORE search results.
Step 1. Check the records you want to save.
Step 2. Click Save Marked Records. Your screen will refresh.
Step 3. Click Export Saved List.
Step 4. Select a record format. The full record format displays the complete bibliographic record, including the Library of Congress subject headings assigned to the item. The brief record format provides all of the necssary information for locating the item on the library's shelves and citing the item in a bibliography.The other formats are useful for importing records into bibliographic management software like ProCite, EndNote, or Reference Manager.
Step 5. Select where you want to send your list of records: 1) to an email address, 2) to your screen where you can print the list, and 3) to a local disk where you can save the list of records in a file.
Step 6. Click Submit.
At this point in the above screen, you may also remove any unwanted items from your list of records. Simply check them and then click Remove Marked Records from This List. Your screen will refresh with a revised list of records to export.
