Problems Finding Enough Information?
If you searched for your nurse leader the way indicated in the search strategy handouts for books and for articles, then what you retrieved is probably all that you are going to get.
If possible, try to pick a nurse leader that is not alive - these are easier to research. It is just harder to write a paper about nurse leader when there is no one who has critiqued his/her work and put it into perspective.
If you have picked a nurse leader that is still alive. You probably will not find any historical information or biographies ABOUT this nurse leader. You may only be able to find books and articles BY this nurse lieader.
