Click My Library Record on the library or XPLORE homepages or go there directly:

Follow the on-screen instructions entering your name and 14-digit barcode number on your ALL Card. Click the Display button when finished. Please call the circulation desk at 513 745-3881 or the reference desk 513 745-4808 if you have any problems.

The resulting window will be split into two sections. If necessary, enlarge the top section to see Items currently checked out, Fines and Requests (holds) outstanding. Note: these links will not be visible if you have no items currently checked out, no outstanding fines or no requests from other OhioLINK libraries. Click the Items currently checked out link.

The resulting window will display brief titles of all items you have currently checked out along with the date they are due and their call numbers. This window will display OhioLINK as well as Xavier items checked out. Click the Sort button to sort items by due date.

Click the check boxes next to items you want to renew and then click the Renew Selected Items button. Note: items must be renewed about 3 days before or after the due date. If you are not within this time period, you will receive a message indicating it is too soon or too late to renew. Try again later or call the circulation desk at 315 745-3881 for assistance.

Click the title of a checked out item to view the complete record of that item. Use your browser Back button to return to your patron record.

In the upper section of your window, click the Requests (holds) outstanding link to view items you have requested from other OhioLINK libraries.

The resulting window will display the title of items you have requested from OhioLINK, along with their status and pickup location. Use this window to track the items you have requested from OhioLINK.
- Items with a REQUESTED status are being processed by the owning library.
- Items with an IN TRANSIT status have been pulled from the shelves at the owning library and are in the state-wide courier system. Allow about 3 business days for delivery.
- Items with a RECEIVED status are available for pickup at the location indicated.

Once you check out an OhioLINK RECEIVED item it is removed from the Requests (holds) outstanding display and appears in the Items currently checked out display. For help requesting OhioLINK items and information about pickup locations, see our requesting instructions.
