These instructions assume that you have searched OT Search and have a list of results.
- After you submit your search strategy, the Search Results page will display.
- Save the records you want to export by clicking the Keep buttons next to each reference.
- Then click the Kept button on the menu bar.

The kept records page will display the references you saved.

Click the down arrow in the view of records drop-down box and select Full.

Accept the default setting, Formatted, in the type of output drop-down box.

Click the SAVE button.

- Your references will be reformatted.
- They will be displayed in a new window as a .txt file.
- Click File on this window's menu bar.
- Click Save As from the the drop-down menu.

- The Save Web Page window will open.
- Note where you are saving the file, Desktop.
- Note the name of the file you are saving, 11 (name will vary).
- Note the type of file you are saving, .txt
- Click Save.

From the library's homepage under the Welcome! tab, click RefWorks.

- The RefWorks Login Center page will open
- Enter your login name.
- Enter your password.
- Click the Login button.
NOTE: If you are in an off-campus location, the initial RefWorks Login Center page will look different and you will be asked for a Group Code. If you do not know the group code, call the reference desk at 513 745-4808 to obtain this information.

- Click References in the top menu.
- Then click Import in the drop-down menu..

Click the down arrow in the Import Filter/Data Source drop-down box and select the SIRSI Library Software import filter. Your screen will refresh.

Click the down arrow in the Database drop-down box and select AOTA - OT .

Click the Browse button adjacent to the Import Data from the following Text File textbox.

- The Choose File window will open.
- Make sure the Look in textbox displays where you saved your file.
- Click the .txt file you saved (file name will vary).
- The .txt file will display in the File name textbox.
- Click Open.

- The path and .txt file name will now display in the Import Data textbox.
- Click the Import button at the bottom of the page.

The RefWorks Import page will open
- RefWorks will prompt with Import completed when it is finished.
- Click View Last Imported Folder to view your references.

RefWorks will display references in the Last Imported Folder window.

Click the OLinks icon to see if an article is available in full-text, print or microform format and to submit an interlibrary loan request.
