Quick Search Multiple Databases is a program that searches multiple OhioLINK and EBSCO databases in the same subject area simultaneously. Click the subject area link to see what databases you are searching. Click a radio button to search a particular subject area. You can use this search engine to determine which databases have the most information about your topic, so that you can find the most relevant database to search more thoroughly.

RedJasper Journal-Ranking.com provides an online interactive ranking service. Allows users to configure their ranking interests as well as provide a more reasonable method to evaluate a journal's impact. Users can search for ranking by journal or browse the most common journals by rank. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by RedJasper, a business and technology consultant.

RefWorks (quickstart guide; RefWorks help; basic tutorial) is a bibliographic management service that permits users to create a database of references, in-text citations and bibliographies formatted in a citation style of your choosing. A link to this resource is on every database list in the left menu. RefWorks is available to faculty and students across various platforms. Special features include RefMobile, lifelong access, RefShare, RSS feeds, RefGrab-It, COS Scholar Universe, exports from Google Scholar, and attachments. Call the reference desk at 513 745-4808 if you are asked for the Group Code. To create a permanent rather than a temporary account make sure you access RefWorks from the library's webpages.

Regional Business News (last 30 days; updated daily; much full-text; tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks), formerly Business wire News, contains newswire information from all over the world. It indexes over 65 publications and provides full-text for over 50. It includes A&G Information, Africa News Service, Inter Press Service, Resource News International, South American Business, M2 Communications, PR Newswire, Business Newswire, Canadian Corporate News, News Bytes News Network and Phillips Business Information Highlights. It covers business, political, economic and other diverse, international news events. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Religion and Philosophy Collection (1984-present; updated weekly; much full-text; tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) provides indexing and abstracts from 1984-present for 301 journals, many peer-reviewed, and full-text from 1990-present for 290 journals. It covers world religions, major denominations, biblical studies, religious history, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of language, moral philosophy and the history of philosophy. It is published by and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Religious and Theological Abstracts (R&TA) (1957-present; updated quarterly) contains abstracts and indexing of religious periodicals, including Christian, Jewish and Muslim journals. Formerly on CD-ROM, this database is now a web-based resource. Use the JOURNALS @ XU (Electronic Journal Locator & more!) (JOURNALS @ XU) to find available full-text in this database. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by R&TA.

Renaissance Women Online (1400-1700; all full-text; XLinks), included in Women Writers Online, this database is a collection of 100 Renaissance texts from the early modern period accompanied by introductions to the individual works and essays on the cultural context of the period, all written by scholars in the field. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by the Women Writers Project at Brown University.

Reproductive Physiology Animations (XLinks) is part of OhioLINK's Digital Media Center. It contains a collection of learning modules on human reproduction. Some of the animated modules are accompanied by sound. To view the modules in the sequence, Browse by Title. These animations are played via Macromedia Flash Player, which is pre-installed on most web browsers. Users may download files to insert into a PowerPoint presentation or a Blackboard course. You may select and rearrange modules to fit your need. It is produced by the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. The user interface is provided by OhioLINK.

Research Insight (campus only database; all full-text; tutorials for industry ratios & company reports), formerly Compustat, provides financial, statistical, and market data for U.S. and Canadian companies, business segments, geographic areas, and industry composites. It only includes information for publicly traded companies, both current and historical. It porvides 10 years of daily stock price data. Data can be exported and imported into MS Excel and is compatible with MS Vista & Office 2007. Produced by and the user interface provided by Standard & Poors. Users can access from any computer workstation (except laptops) in the library or in academic computing labs by clicking START | All Programs | Library Campus Databases.

RILM Abstracts of Music Literature (1969-present; updated monthly; some full-text; tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) provides indexing and abstracts for more than 500 scholarly journals covering music and related topics. It includes journal articles, books, bibliographies, catalogues, conference proceedings, discographies, dissertations, ethnographic recordings, Festschriften, films, iconographies and videos. It is produced by the Repertoire International de Literature Musicale and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Roget's II: The New Thesaurus (all full-text) contains 35,000 synonyms and over 250,000 cross-references. It features succinct word definitions and a hyperlinked category index. Click the down arrow in the select box and click Roget's. It is produced by Houghton-Mifflin and the user interface is provided by Bartleby.com.

Russian Academy of Sciences Bibliographies (1980-present; updated 2-3 times/year; some full-text; RefWorks help) indexes and abstracts over 12,500 journals, as well as books, manuscripts and dissertations published primarily in Russia, the republics of the former Soviet Union, and countries in Eastern Europe. Subjects include humanities, religion, philosophy, Slavic studies, political science, social sciences, economics and art. It is produced by Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences (INION), the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the user interface is provided by OCLC (Online Computer Library Center).
