Academic OneFile (to be cancelled July 1, 2009; updated daily; much full-text; RefWorks help; XLinks; title list) indexes and abstracts more than 10,000 journals in which there is considerably more peer reviewed content (8,000 titles) than in InfoTrac OneFile (3,000 titles). It covers a wide range of academic disciplines: physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects. It also contains hundreds of podcasts and transcripts from NPR, CNN and the CBC as well as the full-text of the New York Times back to 1995. It is produced by Thomson-Gale and the user interface is provided by InfoTrac.

Academic Search Complete (1985-present; updated daily; more full-text; video tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) is a multidisciplinary database that covers nearly all academic areas of study, including social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language, linguistics, the arts, literature, medical sciences and ethnic studies. It indexes and abstracts over 9,300 journals, many of them peer-reviewed (4,400), and provides full-text for over 5,300 journals. It also includes indexing and abstracts for books, reports, conference proceedings, etc. Searchable cited references are provided for 1,000 journals. It is produced by and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Arts and Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI) Having problems? Try accessing this database directly through OhioLINK. (1980-present; updated weekly; some full-text; RefWorks help; tutorial; citation alerts; saving searches & creating alerts; journal titles) provides current and retrospective bibliographic information and cited references (the author's bibliography) for over 1,130 arts and humanities journals plus individually selected, relevant items from about 7,000 science and social sciences journals. It covers archaeology, architecture, art, asian studies, classics, dance, film, folklore, history, language, linguistics, literary reviews, literature, music, philosophy, poetry, radio, religion, television and theater. It is produced by Thomson Scientific and the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI. ATLA Serials, Religion Collection (1949-present; updated quarterly; much full-text; video tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) indexes journal articles, book reviews, conference proceedings, congresses, essays in multi-author works and Festschriften. It covers the Bible, church history, ecumenism, ethics, missions, pastoral ministry, religions, religious studies and theology as well as religion and religious research in related fields such as antiquities, anthropology, archaeology, business, history, law, medicine, philosophy, psychology and sociology. It contains the online version of Religion Index One: Periodicals (RIO), Religion Index Two: Multi-Author Works (RIT), Index to Book Reviews in Religion (IBRR) and Retrospective Indexing Project (RIP). It is produced by American Theological Library Association and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.

Catholic Periodical and Literature Index Online (1981 - present; some full-text; video tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) contains more than 300,000 records and includes indexed citations to articles published in Roman Catholic periodicals, papal documents, church promulgations and books about the Catholic faith that are authored by Catholics and/or produced by Catholic publishers. Ethnic NewsWatch (1990-present; updated monthly; all full-text; RefWorks help; XLinks; title list) indexes newspapers, magazines and journals of the ethnic, minority and native press. It includes more than 600,000 English and Spanish articles from 200 publications, providing a broad diversity of perspectives and viewpoints. The user interface is provided by ProQuest.

General OneFile (1980-present; much full-text; RefWorks help; XLinks), formerly InfoTrac OneFile, indexes and abstracts more than 10,000 titles covering general interest topics, business, law, health care.
