Hand Pressed Books Database (1455-1830; updated annually; no full-text;
RefWorks help) integrates bibliographic
records for major European national, university and research library holdings. It is valuable for researchers in
intellectual history, social history, transmission of thought, and the history of printing and the
history of the book. It includes citations for works in Latin, Middle French, and other archaic

social science and humanities journals. It contains bibliographic citations for

border region, and Hispanics in the United States. It includes analyses of current
political, economic, and social issues and Latin American arts and letters. It
