Bibliographie Classique, the American Philological Association and the Database
of Classical Bibliography with support from the Centre National de la Recherche
Scientifique (France) and the National Endowment for
Humanities (USA). This subscription is limited to 10 simultaneous users.

(Columbia International Affairs Online) (1991-present; updated monthly and weekly; much
full-text; XLinks) indexes books, journals, working papers, occasional papers, case studies, and conference
proceedings. It covers theory and research in international affairs and includes policy briefs,
economic indicators, research projects, links to Internet resources, schedule of events, maps, and

PAIS
International (1972-present; updated monthly; some full-text;

video tutorial; saving searches) covers the literature
of public affairs, including current issues and actions that affect world communities, countries, people, and
governments. It provides access to articles, books, and documents, addressing important political, economic and

access to back issues of selected scholarly journals in a variety of academic
disciplines including the arts, business, demographic studies, humanities, social sciences,
and science.
Historical
Historical Abstracts (new user interface; 1955-present; updated 3 times per year; some full-text; video tutorials; RefWorks help; XLinks) indexes and
abstracts over 2,000 international historical journals. It also includes selected
journals in the social sciences and humanities. It covers history from 1450 to
the present, but excludes US and Canadian history. Users can search cited references and browse Clio Notes, chronologies and brief summaries of significant events and themes in world history. It is produced by ABC-CLIO
and the user interface is provided by EBSCO Publishing.
International
Medieval Bibliography (IMB) (1967-present) contains more than 300,000
bibliographic records for current articles published in journals, conference proceedings,
collected essays, Festschriften and exhibition catalogues. Articles relate to
the Middle Ages, within the date range of 400-1500 AD. Geographical areas covered
are Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Users can search the Bibliographie de Civilisation Medievale (BCM) database separately or along with the IMB database for book bibliographic records. Click Enter Databases and then

Iter
(400-1700; updated daily) is a database of materials pertaining to the Middle
Ages and Renaissance. It contains bibliographic records for materials published
in 500 scholarly journals.
Sociological
Anthropology
Plus (late 1900s-present; some full-text; RefWorks
help) brings together into one resource Anthropological Literature from
Harvard University and Anthropological Index from the Royal Anthropological
Institute (UK). It indexes journal articles, reports, commentaries, edited works,
and obituaries in the fields of social, cultural, physical, biological, and linguistic
anthropology, ethnology, archaeology, folklore, material culture, and interdisciplinary
studies. It is produced Harvard College and the Royal Anthropological Institute.

Sociological Abstracts ( 1963-2005; no longer updated; some full-text;

1974 to 1,700 serials publications in sociology and related disciplines in the social and
