Description
Circulation services provides the check out and return of physical library materials, such as books, videos, laptops, etc. It also manages and checks out the library's traditional reserves. For more detailed information on borrowing and fines, select you patron type in the drop-down box below.
Borrowing Materials at Xavier or in ohiolink
You can borrow books, videos, and other physical items found in the library's catalog, XPLORE, or in the combined library catalogs of colleges and universities in the State of Ohio (OhioLINK). Find your patron type in the drop-down box below to determine your Xaver & OhioLINK borrowing privileges: loan period, number of renewals, renewal period, total number of items you can borrow, total number of items you can place on hold/request, fines, maximum amount of fines, replacement fees, and grace period for renewals.

Renewing Materials Borrowed via XPLORE or OhioLINK
Use My LIbrary Record to renew both XPLORE and OhioLINK materials. For help using My Library Record see these instructions.
Borrowing Materials NOT at Xavier or in ohiolink
If you cannot find the item you want in XPLORE or OhioLINK, you can request it through the library's interlibrary loan service, ILLiad. You will need to set up an ILLiad account to request materials not at Xavier or OhioLINK.

Circulation is located at the Connection Center Desk in the Conaton Learning Commons.
Hours
Library circulation services is available most hours the library or the Conaton Learning Commons is open, including evenings and weekends.
