MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

Xavier University requires proof of two Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR) vaccinations, if born after 1956, or immunity evidence (MMR titer). As such, please complete and submit the medical history card to the McGrath Health and Wellness Center. You can also bring this card with you to orientation.
